Conflicts of interest and complaint handling
Centra carefully monitors its operations with a view to identifying any possible situations where a conflict of interest could arise between the firm and its customers. Should a potential conflict situation arise, we take appropriate measures to address it.

Our customers can raise complaints with us at meetings, through telephone calls or by e-mail to the Managing Partner. Our customers can also address their grievances to the Complaints Committee of Transactions with Financial Firms on https://nefndir.is/english/.
